This policy does not govern information we store or process on behalf of our customers through the ContactLevel Services Agreement.

Account Information. Full name, organization, job title, email address, phone number, password token, business type, general location. Used to provide, maintain, and support the Platform; research and development; direct marketing; and interest-based advertising.

Payment Information. Full name, payment card details, billing address (handled by third-party processors). Used to facilitate payments and support the Platform; legal compliance; and fraud prevention and security.

Service Communications. Information from requests, inquiries, customer support recordings, survey responses. Used to provide, maintain, and support the Platform; research and development; and direct marketing.

Usage Data. Logins, API calls, event logs, IP address, device ID, interaction data, browsing history. Used to provide, maintain, and support the Platform; research and development; direct marketing; and interest-based advertising.

ContactLevel primarily collects, stores, and processes Personal Data to provide, improve, and develop the Platform, maintain a secure and trusted environment, and comply with legal obligations. Specific purposes include:

  • Provide, Maintain, and Support the Platform — We use Personal Data to deliver our services to Users, create and secure accounts, identify Users, and enhance the overall Platform experience.
