Summary: ZenABM Alternatives: Pricing, Review and 2026 Comparison

ZenABM's four tier prices with dates, what account scoring means, the contact-level claim against what LinkedIn's API returns, and seven honest alternatives.

Key Features and Benefits:

  • As of 17 September 2026, zenabm.com/pricing lists four tiers: Starter $69, Growth $199, Pro $499 and Agency $599 per month on monthly billing, or $59, $159, $399 and $479 per month on annual billing. The lower set is what every listicle quotes.
  • The 37-day trial is a reverse trial: every feature, 90 days of data backfilled, then a downgrade. ZenABM's blog says the landing spot is a free data-only plan. The pricing page lists no free plan. Get that in writing before you rely on it.
  • Starter is HubSpot-only with one ABM campaign and default scoring. Salesforce, Attio, webhooks, the REST API and the MCP server all start at Growth, $199 per month or $159 on annual billing.
  • ZenABM's contact-level ad engagement comes from contacts already captured on your website or CRM, joined to company-level ad data. LinkedIn's Ads API returns companies, never members, and zeroes any metric under its privacy thresholds. That holds for every tool, including ours.
  • Account scoring is real work ZenABM does and ContactLevel Ad Analytics does not. Ad Analytics answers a different question for free: what share of impressions, clicks and engagements hit your ICP. In our own account, 83% of spend, $10,602 of $12,833, landed outside it.

ZenABM is a LinkedIn ABM analytics tool for small teams. It reads company-level engagement from LinkedIn's Ads API, scores accounts against funnel stages you define, and writes the result back into HubSpot, Salesforce or Attio. Pricing is public, the 37-day trial is real, and the API, webhooks and MCP server are genuine strengths from the $199 Growth tier. What it cannot do is tell you which people saw your ads, because LinkedIn does not return that, and it cannot change who sees the next one.

If you searched "ZenABM alternatives" you probably landed on ZenABM's own page first. It ranks number one for its own alternatives query. This page is the version I would want instead: exact prices with a date, what the features mean in practice, and where the claims outrun the data.

I'm Dag, co-founder of ContactLevel. We sell a free LinkedIn Ads analytics plan and a paid audience product that compete for the same marketer's attention. This page is opinionated. Read it knowing that.

What ZenABM is

Definition: ZenABM is a LinkedIn-first ABM analytics platform. It pulls company-level ad engagement from LinkedIn's Ads API, adds touches from Google Ads, Reddit Ads, organic traffic and AI chatbot referrals, scores each company against customizable funnel stages, tags engagement by intent theme (pricing, security, integration), and writes the processed scores back into your CRM as company properties. A chat agent, Zena AI, sits on top and can create LinkedIn campaigns from Claude or ChatGPT.

Company facts, since the vendor pages are thin on them. ZenABM is a London-registered company with four employees as of May 2026 and no outside funding, according to Tracxn (checked 17 September 2026). Its April 2026 Fibbler comparison puts the customer base at around 70 and says roughly half of them buy the service package alongside the software. LinkedIn data refreshes every Sunday night; HubSpot data refreshes daily (zenabm.com/blog/fibbler-vs-zenabm-for-abm, April 2026). Small vendor, founder-led. None of that is a mark against it. It is context for the pricing.

What does ZenABM cost?

The pricing page renders annual prices by default, which is why every listicle quotes $59 to $479. The monthly figures are higher.

Three things the table hides. The trial is a reverse trial: 37 days, every feature, 90 days of history backfilled on day one, then a downgrade. The April 2026 post says the landing spot is a free, data-only plan; the pricing page lists no free plan at all. Ask ZenABM in writing what stays on after day 37. Starter is a different product: one ABM campaign, default scoring, HubSpot only, ten Zena AI chats a day, no webhooks, API or MCP. Fibbler's April 2026 post calls it a pricing decoy; that is a competitor talking, but the feature matrix backs the substance. ZenABM's own blog quotes prices that no longer exist: posts from January and April 2026 still list a $149 Pro tier and a $499 Agency tier with $199 per extra seat. If a ZenABM comparison shows those numbers, it is stale.

What account scoring means, and when you need it

A target-account list is an input: the companies you decided to sell to. An account score is an output. ZenABM takes company-level ad engagement (impressions, clicks and engagements per company from LinkedIn, plus Google, Reddit and organic touches), tags it by theme, weights it with rules you set from Growth up, and produces a number and a funnel stage per company. The score writes back to HubSpot or Salesforce so a BDR can work the list.

ICP match, the headline number in ContactLevel's free Ad Analytics, is a third thing. It is a share, not a per-company rank: the percentage of your impressions, clicks and engagements that landed on companies and people matching the ICP you set (company size, industry, job title, seniority, function, target domains), with the dollars that missed next to it.

You need scoring when more accounts engage than sales can work. You don't when the problem is coverage. In our own LinkedIn account, 96% of the 4,532 companies reached never engaged at all, and job titles matched the ICP 14% of the time. Ranking the 4% that engaged would not have fixed that. Changing who saw the ads would. Both numbers come from the same LinkedIn data with the same privacy floors; scoring does not add data, it reorganises it.

The "contact-level engagement" claim

ZenABM's homepage advertises company and contact-level ad engagement, and its what-is-zenabm post says you can see which specific contacts within target accounts interact with campaigns (zenabm.com, checked 17 September 2026).

LinkedIn's Company Intelligence API page on learn.microsoft.com, dated 16 September 2026, says: "All impression, engagement, and click metrics must meet specific number thresholds to protect member privacy." The Ads API returns companies. It does not return members. That is true for Fibbler, DemandSense, Dreamdata, Factors.ai, ZenABM and ContactLevel Ad Analytics alike.

So where do ZenABM's contacts come from? ZenABM answers it in its own April 2026 Fibbler comparison: contact-level information is available where contacts have already been captured on your website. It joins the company-level ad data to the people already in your CRM or form submissions at that company. That is a useful view. It is not LinkedIn telling you who saw the ad. The one place ContactLevel tracks named people is the paid Audiences plan, and only because the contact was in the audience to begin with: clicks and website visits resolve to the individual through UTM parameters and the tracking pixel. Per-contact impressions are not in the product today.

What is ZenABM genuinely good at?

CRM write-back a rep can use. ZenABM writes processed insights, not raw rows, into HubSpot, Salesforce and Attio as company properties, including the campaign names each company engaged with. That turns a dashboard into a field a workflow can trigger on.

API, webhooks and an MCP server from $199. The REST API exposes raw engagement, account scores and intent signals; the MCP server connects the same data to Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP client. Fibbler has an MCP on its $129 plan and no public REST API that I could find; DemandSense has webhooks and a read-only MCP in early access. ZenABM is the most open of the three.

Multi-channel touches at no extra cost, and job-title engagement. Google Ads, Reddit Ads, organic and AI chatbot referrals feed the account timeline on every paid plan; Fibbler charges $59 per ad account per month for Google Ads. ZenABM also shows engagement per job title, with no seniority or function split that I could verify.

Where does ZenABM stop?

It reads ads. It does not change them, yet

Impression capping is waiting on LinkedIn API access, campaign management is in active development, and scheduling is not there (zenabm.com docs and blog, checked 17 September 2026). Exclusions, budget savers and AI campaign creation exist. Fibbler and DemandSense both push caps and schedules today.

No audience building

ZenABM can tell you which companies engaged. It cannot take a list of people and put them in front of an ad. Neither can Fibbler or DemandSense from a contact list. That is the gap the Audiences plan fills.

Weekly refresh, no visitor ID yet, one G2 review

LinkedIn data updates every Sunday night, so a mid-week score can be six days old. Website visitor de-anonymisation is "in development"; today it does not identify visitors, while DemandSense does at person level for US traffic. G2 shows five stars from one review per a September 2026 snippet, against Fibbler's 4.9 from roughly 32. Not a quality signal either way, just a sample-size warning.

Pick ZenABM if you want scoring, funnel stages and an API. Pick Fibbler if you want benchmarks, lift analysis and campaign controls. The 15,000-company cap Fibbler says the standard API imposes, and ZenABM disputes, I could not verify either way. The free path: Ad Analytics, then Audiences

Here is the alternative I would run before paying for scoring.

1. Connect LinkedIn Ads to Ad Analytics. One read-only OAuth login, no pixel, no card, no trial clock. It pulls campaigns, creatives, demographics and company engagement from the LinkedIn Ads API.

2. Set your ICP and read the ICP match. Company sizes, industries, job titles, seniorities, functions, target domains. The Overview gives you one number for impressions, clicks and engagements inside that ICP, the spend outside it, and the attribute leaking most. Ours was job titles.

3. Connect HubSpot and follow the money by stage. Impressions, engagements and clicks for the companies in each deal stage, and the warm companies with no deal at all. Setup is on the HubSpot LinkedIn Ads integration page.

4. Fix the targeting with Audiences. This is the step no analytics tool offers. Take the contacts you want, from HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo.io or a file. ContactLevel enriches each one to the personal identifiers ad platforms match on, 50-70 data points against the 1-3 in a CSV, and syncs to LinkedIn, Meta, Google, Reddit and X at 70-99% match rates. LinkedIn sits at the top of the range, Meta and Google close behind, Reddit at the lower end. The LinkedIn matched audiences playbook walks through the LinkedIn side.

Steps one to three are free forever. Step four is a 14-day trial with 10,000 contacts, then Grow at $1,000 per month for 10,000 contacts. Plans are on the pricing page.

The honest boundary

ContactLevel is not a ZenABM replacement for the things ZenABM was built around.

→ We do no account scoring, no configurable funnel stages, no intent-theme tagging. Ad Analytics shows engagement level per company and ICP match. It does not rank accounts. → Ad Analytics has no MCP server and no analytics API. Export is CSV and CRM sync. → Pipeline analysis is HubSpot only today, by deal stage. No Salesforce or Attio pipeline view, no deduplicated revenue attribution per ABM campaign, no multi-touch model. → Ad Analytics reads LinkedIn only. Meta and Google analytics are coming; Google Ads, Reddit and organic touches are not read today. → We do not identify anonymous website visitors. Website Visits resolves visits for people already on your list. Per-contact impressions are not tracked; clicks and visits are, on the Audiences plan. → We do no peer benchmarks, no lift analysis, no AI campaign creation.

What we do is measure your LinkedIn spend against your ICP for free, and sell the one thing no analytics tool sells: control over which named people see the next ad, on five platforms, at 70-99% match rates.

If you're genuinely replacing ZenABM

Fibbler for company-level attribution with peer benchmarks and lift analysis, from $89 per month with a 30-day trial and Google Ads as a $59 per account add-on. See the Fibbler comparison. → DemandSense for LinkedIn ad controls (scheduling, frequency caps, budgets) plus person-level visitor identification on US traffic, from $89 per month for 200 credits with a 30-day trial. See the DemandSense comparison. → Factors.ai for multi-touch attribution and account identification across LinkedIn, Meta and Google, from $199 per month self-serve or $6,000 per year on Basic (29 July 2026). See the Factors.ai comparison. → Dreamdata or HockeyStack for multi-channel revenue attribution. Competitors quote Dreamdata anywhere from a free plan to $750 to over $3,000 per month, and HockeyStack at $1,399 to $2,200; check their sites directly. → LinkedIn Campaign Manager's Companies hub (Plan, then Companies) if you only need the engaged-company list. Free, aggregated across campaigns, above LinkedIn's privacy floor. → ContactLevel Ad Analytics if the report you need is ICP match, spend outside the ICP and HubSpot pipeline by stage, at zero cost. Frequently asked questions

How much does ZenABM cost?

As of 17 September 2026, zenabm.com/pricing lists four tiers. On monthly billing: Starter $69, Growth $199, Pro $499 and Agency $599 per month. On annual billing the same tiers work out to $59, $159, $399 and $479 per month, and the page shows the annual figures by default. Every plan starts with a 37-day trial and no setup fee. HubSpot is on every tier; Salesforce, Attio, webhooks, the REST API and the MCP server begin at Growth.

Does ZenABM have a free plan?

Not on its pricing page. As of 17 September 2026, zenabm.com/pricing lists only the four paid tiers and a 37-day trial. ZenABM's April 2026 Fibbler comparison says accounts are downgraded to a free, data-only plan after the trial, and a January 2026 post repeats the claim. DemandSense's 14 September 2026 comparison records no free plan. Ask ZenABM in writing what the post-trial plan includes before you rely on it.

Does ZenABM show which contacts engaged with my LinkedIn ads?

Not from LinkedIn's data. LinkedIn's Ads API returns engagement per company, never per member, and zeroes any metric below its privacy thresholds (learn.microsoft.com, 16 September 2026). ZenABM's own April 2026 comparison explains that its contact-level information covers contacts already captured on your website, joined to the company-level ad data. That is a CRM view, not LinkedIn confirming exposure. The same limit applies to Fibbler, DemandSense and ContactLevel Ad Analytics.

What is account scoring in ZenABM and do I need it?

Account scoring turns company-level engagement (LinkedIn impressions, clicks and engagements, plus Google, Reddit and organic touches) into a per-company number and funnel stage, with weights you set from the $199 Growth tier. Starter uses default scoring. You need it when more accounts engage than sales can work. You do not need it when the problem is coverage: in our own account, 96% of 4,532 companies reached never engaged. ContactLevel's free ICP match measures that miss instead.

ZenABM vs Fibbler: which one should I pick?

ZenABM for account scoring, customizable funnel stages, a REST API, webhooks and an MCP server from $199 per month ($159 annual), with Google and Reddit touches included and a 37-day trial. Fibbler for peer benchmarks, lift analysis and campaign controls (exclusions, impression caps, scheduling) from $89 per month with a 30-day trial, Google Ads at $59 per ad account extra. Both read company-level LinkedIn data with the same privacy floors. Prices from both pricing pages, 17 September 2026.

Is ContactLevel a ZenABM alternative?

For the reporting half, partly. Ad Analytics is free, reads the same company-level LinkedIn data, and adds ICP match, spend outside the ICP and HubSpot pipeline by deal stage. It has no account scoring, no funnel stages, no API and no MCP server. For the activation half, ZenABM has no equivalent: the paid Audiences plan syncs named contacts to LinkedIn, Meta, Google, Reddit and X at 70-99% match rates, with a 14-day trial and 10,000 contacts.

Try the pairing

ZenABM tells you which accounts are warm. It cannot decide who at those accounts sees the next ad.

→ Keep ZenABM if you need scoring and an API. → Add Ad Analytics free for ICP match and the spend outside your ICP. → Add Audiences to reach the buying group at the accounts ZenABM scored: 14-day free trial with 10,000 contacts, self-serve sign-up.
